We are looking for a Software Architect like you driven by creativity and computational expertise to build, develop and maintain a state-of-the-art data ecosystem to connect customer’s infrastructure with our cloud solution named thalox.engine. Objectives of this Role
– Manage and direct research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy
– Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions
– Lead cross-functional development teams to implement solutions for key areas of our customer’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
– Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
– Advise C-suite and business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI and others
– Work on architecture design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, working with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership
– Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation
– Gain a complete understanding of our software business and its processes (customer, partner and employees)
– Collaborate with product design and engineering in conceptualizing, prototyping, piloting and implementing the next generation of Marketing, Sales, and Service data products at front- and backend
– Adding analytics, monitoring, and alerts to our data products and services so that we can better respond to operational incidents
– Use agile software development processes to iteratively make improvements to our backend systems
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
– Master’s degree and/or 5-yrs experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or similar field of study
– Minimum 3 years of experience with computing technologies, networks, storage, virtualization and Docker/Kubernetes
– 2+ years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
– Proven experience with ML, deep learning, Tensorflow, Python, NLP
– Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement
– Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns
– Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimizations
– Experience with innovation accelerators
– Experience with Cloud environments and Micro-Service Architectures
– Working experience in cloud solutions from AWS / GCP / Azure like S3, Lambda, ECR/ECS, Sagemaker, H2O, Athena, Glue, RDS, AWS CDK, AWS CodePipeline and others.
