Your main responsibilities:
– Develop new business via the established channels: telephone and mass communication such as email and social media (organic and paid) to introduce the product and identify appropriate buyers within the target market;
– Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;
– Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
– Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs;
– Manage data for new and prospective clients in HubSpot, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities;
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
– Manage the customer from the point of sale to product adoption;
– Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with implementation of our software;
– Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process;
– Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
– 1-3 years telemarketing / online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred
– Marketing Automation and HubSpot knowledge is a plus
– Excellent client service skill
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Driven and highly motivated to ensure customer success
– Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
– Fluent in English
